In order for our company to achieve its management goals for 2021 under the slogan of “New Challenges and Promising Leaps Forward,” practicing ethical and lawful management is essential.

Demands for companies now go beyond the prevention of legal/ethical issues and include human rights, environmental protection, social value creation, and the practice of transparent governance (ESG), and sanctions against companies that fail to meet these demands are increasing in severity.

At the end of last year, the 'Three Laws for Fair Trade', including the Fair Trade Act, were amended and will soon be implemented with the purpose of improving corporate governance and eradicating unfair abuse of economic power. In line with these amendments, effective internal compliance monitoring systems must be established and ethics and compliance must become an integral part of our corporate culture.
